Great question! To begin, hiring a full-time senior-level designer comes with an annual cost of over $120,000, not including employment tax, benefits, and burden. Furthermore, there may be times when you don’t have a constant stream of work to keep them busy, which means you’ll end up paying them during their downtime.
By opting for the monthly plan, you have the flexibility to pause and restart your subscription whenever necessary, ensuring that you only pay when there are projects to be completed.
An agency is perfect for well-funded businesses seeking comprehensive creative support, yet they can be costly, with hourly rates starting around $150hr going up as high as $500hr. Additionally, agencies may have longer project turnaround times and typically require substantial budgets and commitments from clients. Our service caters to budget-conscious businesses and smaller commitments overlooked by agencies.
After subscribing, you have the freedom to add an unlimited number of design requests in your project queue. Each project will be completed one at a time.
Typically, the majority of requests are completed within 48hrs* or less. Nevertheless, more intricate requests may require additional time to complete. *We do not work weekends.

You can pause your subscription if you don’t have enough projects to fill up the entire month.
Billing cycles are based on a monthly period. When you sign up and use the service for 10 days, and then decide to pause your subscription, the billing cycle will be paused and you’ll have the remainder of the month as a credit to be used anytime in the future.

Clients can queue up projects and request designs on mobile device or desktop using our online project management system. File sharing is through Google Drive or DropBox.
Once a project has been complete, we will share all your final, requested file types via Google Drive. You’ll be able to access all your project files for 30 days after your subscription ends.
No need to fret! We’ll keep refining the design until it meets your 100% satisfaction.
Not really, if it is design related, we can do it. Most projects can be completed with a DesignShift subscription. Larger projects like catalogs, workbooks, complex illustrations, large ad campaigns and animations will just take longer to complete.
That’s perfectly fine. You can pause your subscription when you’re done and return whenever you have more design needs. There’s no reason to let the remaining duration of your subscription go unused.
